Da questo ecco affiorare note di ciliegia sotto spirito e di marasca (tipiche del montepulciano),ancora confettura di more, mirto, senza trascurare una buona mineralità ed una vena balsamica. Al sorso è intenso, ed espressivo; equilibrato e dalla trama tannica possente ma levigata che accompagna verso un finale lungo e carezzevole.
