Español [ ES ]Calvados Dupont Fine se elabora en Normandía con manzanas amargas (80%) y ácidas (20%) que se cosechan de septiembre a noviembre. Las manzanas se mezclan, trituran y prensan y el jugo fermenta durante 6 meses hasta obtener la sidra. Después, se lleva a cabo una doble destilación en alambique tipo Charentais. Tras dos años de envejecimiento en barricas de roble tostado francés, el resultado es un calvados de color claro y brillante con una nariz fina e intensa, en la que se aprecian aromas de manzana, pera, vainilla y cítricos. Redondo y fresco en boca. Os proponemos el cóctel Golden Fizz, afrutado, suave y ligero. Para prepararlo, hay que introducir en una coctelera 50 ml Dupont, 10 ml licor de naranja, 2 cucharadas de manzana compotada, 15 ml zumo de lima y clara de huevo. Añade hielo y bate enérgicamente hasta que condense. Servir colado en una copa de cóctel fría. Perfumar la superficie con una piel de lima. |
