Los diferentes tipos de manzana se mezclan, se trituran, se prensan y se fermentan con su jugo para, posteriormente, realizar una precisa doble destilación en alambique. Dupont 15 Ans se elabora en Calvados Pays d'Auge, la zona más prestigiosa de la denominación y se ha criado durante más de 15 años en barricas de roble. De color dorado y brillante, es potente, intenso y a la vez fino en nariz donde primero aparece la madera y la vainilla para dar paso a las flores y los cítricos. En boca es suave e intenso, con toques de manzana verde, avellana y madera. |
