La sociedad francesa Rémy Cointreau se dedica a la comercialización de cognacs, licores, ron, whisky y ginebra bajo el lema “Des terroirs, des hommes et du temps”, que significa: Los terruños, los hombres y los tiempos. La historia del grupo Rémy Cointreau se puede remontar al año 1724, cuando se fundó la Casa de Cognac Rémy Martin que sería adquirida por André Renaud a quien sucedería su yerno, André Hériard Dubreuil, en el año 1965.
