La primera vez que tuve la oportunidad de comprar este Mezcal pensé que quizá era demasiado caro. Pero al probarlo dejas de pensarlo. Se nota que hay buen materia prima, y mucha, la masticas, casi. Lo probamos con unos amigos en otoño, ¡Esto sí que es un Mezcal!. Me gusta mucho y pago su precio sin problemas.

Diferente, de gran personalidad y muy bueno... pero para ser combinado cuidadosamente (marisco, frutas de mate, sopas de verduras, quizás puedas arriesgar con un poco de queso blando). Una hermosa expresión controlado y armonioso.
