La destilería Poli, fundada en Schiavon en 1898 y propiedad de la familia Poli, produce grappa utilizando un alambique completamente de cobre, entre los pocos existentes, compuesto por calderas de vapor con ciclo discontinuo y es uno de los principales productores de grappa artesanal en el área de Vicenza. La historia de la destilería Poli comenzó en 1898 con el grappaiolo Giobatta, hijo de Paolo, cuya familia se originó en el Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, en torno a una pequeña destilería montada en un carro, para que los vecinos de los pueblos destilaran orujo. La destilería ha pasado de padres a hijos hasta los bisnietos Giampaolo, Barbara, Andrea y Jacopo Poli, quienes continúan en el negocio de la producción de destilados de grappa, uva, vino y frutas. El AOC Pauillac se encuentra en la margen izquierda del Gironda y reúne condiciones climáticas y geológicas excepcionales, lo que le permite producir vinos muy buenos. Capital del vitícola de Médoc, la ciudad portuaria de Pauillac dio su nombre a la denominación. El AOC puede presumir de tener tres vinos en los primeros cinco Grands Crus Classés de 1855: Lafite Rothschild , Latour y Mouton Rothschild . En sus 1.200 hectáreas de viñedos, Pauillac produce 54.000 hl de vinos tintos cada año. Tenga en cuenta que Mouton-Rothschild también produce un vino blanco. La historia.
