Durante estas cinco generaciones, la familia Kono se ha dedicado a la producción de un sake muy característico de la zona con el arroz Yamada Nishiki y la anciana técnica del Kimoto. El actual representante de esta familia y actual presidente, es graduado por la universidad de Tokyo y el Instituto Matsushita en Gestión y Administración, a parte de haber viajado repetidamente por todo el mundo. Probar este sake es saborear el significado de la tradición. Con un grado de pulido del 55% y una graduación alcohólica del 15%. Elegante de carácter vegetal con notas a lichis, helecho y piña.
