Dalmore 15 es el segundo de una serie que se conoce como la Colección Principal, como su nombre indica, envejece 15 años. El proceso de maduración incluye la separación del whisky en tres partes iguales después de pasar unos primeros 12 años en barricas de roble americano americano ex-bourbon.
