Los vinos.

Est!! Est!!! di Montefiascone. Un estravagante hallazgo es el vino Aleatico di Gradoli, un tinto dulce que también se puede transformar en un licoroso. Cesanese es el hogar del hasta hace poco el único vino DOCG de Lazio, elaborado bajo el título vino Cesanese del Piglio. Ahora en Lazio encontramos dos más el vino Cannellino di Frascati y el vino Frascati Superiore.
